Refund for Chargeback Transactions
To chargeback, please contact Arown Academy with all the details of a relevant transaction. Approved refunds will be processed by Arown Academy through the payment gateway or otherwise.
Chargeback: It’s an authorized transaction that had been reversed or declined at a bank and includes fees, penalties, or charges assessed.
Refund for Fraudulent/Duplicate Transactions
In case your card or bank accounts have been hacked for unauthorized transactions, contact Arown Academy as early as possible. We will find a solution to this issue in line with our procedures.
Server Slowdown or Session Timeout
Websites or payment pages slow down, sessions time out when you’re trying to transactions:
If your bank account has already been debited for the transaction, refrain from processing another transaction because it would be improper to make another payment. Instead, confirm the status of the transaction by contacting Arown Academy.

Notice: The payment gateway service provider will not be responsible for duplicate and Duplicate fraudulent transactions. In case any such claim is brought out to them, the same would not be entertained.

Operational issues with, or errors of, the payment gateway which could influence the processing of payments.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Arown Academy and its payment providers from claims and damages coming with your use of our services.

Although Arown Academy exercises reasonable care to prevent unauthorized access by hackers to your personal information, including payment details, the fact remains that use of the website to make any online transactions contemplates some risk of misuse, hacking or fraud and we cannot promise you absolute protection against unauthorized access or use.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login information. Arown Academy will never ask you to reveal your password in any unsolicited e-mail or call. If you suspect you have been compromised into, please contact us immediately.
User ID & Password
You agree not to disclose to third parties your User ID and password. Arown Academy shall not be responsible for any transactions conducted under your account. You should change your password regularly for security purposes.
