In summary, my philosophical beliefs related to leadership would be to create opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment while developing a sense of community within the group and creating success.

For example, as a director for Airtel, the director was the leader of teams in launching important projects to ensure operational excellence and that the project was executed as expected.
As an assistant manager for Reliance, the director led initiatives to improve efficiency overall and improve team culture.
In the director's role at Arown Academy, the director oversees all operations, curriculum development, and the growth plan strategy so that the Academy remains "ahead" in terms of healthcare education for students.
The director has continued to exemplify excellence, creativity, and an ability to facilitate growth in each position.
In critical project launches, the director was a great leader in his approach to teamwork, resolving disputes, and meeting deadlines. These experiences provided the basis for the director's ability to manage situations with complex operations at Arown Academy.

Through my workplace experiences with numerous physicians, healthcare leaders, organizations, wellness, community-wide networks, and high complexity, I have learned that great leaders are made, not born, through consistency, resilience, and an ethical framework.
